How we work

We aim to provide calm, unhurried and respectful support. Care workers encourage the person to remain involved in tasks and decisions, preserving independence and control wherever possible.

Before support begins, we discuss the person’s needs, strengths, preferences, communication style, routines, risks and desired outcomes. The agreed support plan is reviewed so that care remains appropriate and responsive.
