Our quality commitments
Safeguarding
Everyone has the right to live free from abuse, neglect, exploitation and avoidable harm. Staff are expected to recognise and report concerns promptly. Where necessary, concerns are shared with the appropriate authority, emergency service, healthcare professional or commissioner according to law, policy and immediate safety needs.
Raising a concern or complaint
We encourage people to tell us when something is not right. Concerns may be raised by the person receiving support, a relative, representative, staff member or professional. We aim to acknowledge concerns, investigate fairly, communicate the outcome and identify learning.
